Terms and Conditions
These terms describe the use of Gencyh's website, free tools and digital offerings. Gencyh is based in Pakistan. A written project agreement or product order adds the details specific to a paid offering.
Scope and availability
Use the website lawfully and respect the conditions described on each tool or product page. If you place a paid order, review its price, scope and specific terms before agreeing.
Free tools can be used directly on this website. Digital service enquiries are handled through our contact page. SaaS access, trials and purchase options depend on the particular published product offering. References to possible plans or capabilities are not an offer to sell an unspecified product.
Using the free tools
The calculators provide estimates based on supplied inputs, stated assumptions and the data available to each tool. Marketplace fees, platform rules, forecasts and other external information can change. Confirm important figures and official rules independently.
Do not treat calculator results as professional financial, legal, engineering or safety advice. Weather predictions are not school closure notices. Tool-specific explanations and our Disclaimer describe relevant limits.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, overload services, submit malicious content, misuse another person's information or use the platform for unlawful activity. Public availability is not permission to bypass access controls.
You are responsible for having authority to share project materials, connect accounts and use content supplied to us. A material security or acceptable-use concern may require access to be restricted while it is addressed.
Professional services and revisions
For web development, dashboards, Shopify, WordPress, e-commerce, marketing, advertising, automation, CRM systems, integrations or custom software, the agreed proposal defines the work we will undertake.
Deliverables, milestones, client responsibilities, approvals, pricing, revisions and any maintenance arrangements are specified for each project. Revisions apply within the agreed scope. Their number, timing and process are defined in the project agreement; revisions are not automatically unlimited.
Additional features, major changes or work beyond the agreed scope require agreement on any revised price and schedule. Timelines depend on the arrangements made for the project, including client inputs and third-party access.
Support after purchase and delivery
Service customers receive support after purchase and after delivery under the arrangements agreed for their project. Contact us with the relevant project details and a clear description of the issue.
The support scope, channels, duration and any response commitments are set out in the project agreement. Ongoing maintenance, new features or third-party changes may need a separate agreement.
Service fees and cancellation
Professional service fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Agreed revisions are the normal process for addressing changes to delivered work within scope.
Payment timing, deposits, taxes, third-party costs and the effects of cancellation must be stated in the written proposal or order. Contact us promptly if you need to stop or change a project. These terms do not exclude remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SaaS accounts, plans and trials
A specific SaaS offering may use subscriptions, a one-time payment or a free trial. Its product terms explain available features, access limits, supported integrations, pricing and account requirements.
Before a subscription or trial is accepted, the product terms must state its duration, billing cycle, any automatic renewal, cancellation method, refund rules and whether a trial converts to a paid plan. A free trial is not included with every product. A one-time payment does not automatically mean unlimited support, lifetime hosting or every future upgrade.
Keep any account credentials secure and provide accurate billing information when a paid product requires it. Account closure, data export and access after cancellation are governed by the disclosed product terms and applicable law.
Advertising, integrations and AI
Marketing or advertising services do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, return on advertising spend or approval by a platform. Advertising budgets, account access and management responsibilities are agreed separately. Meta, TikTok and other platforms control their own policies and charges.
Third-party services, APIs and AI systems may change or become unavailable. Review AI-generated output before relying on it, and provide only information you are authorised to share. Any required access to client systems must be approved for the agreed work.
Content and ownership
Gencyh's website content, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Platform names and trademarks referenced by tools belong to their respective owners.
Ownership, licences, source-code handover and the use of third-party assets for commissioned work are determined by the project agreement. Submitting content does not transfer ownership of it to Gencyh; it authorises its use as needed for your request or agreed work.
Responsibility and resolving concerns
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Responsibility for a paid deliverable and any agreed warranties or remedies should be described in its project or product terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any agreed limitation of liability, governing law or dispute process for paid work must be stated in the relevant agreement and remain subject to mandatory legal protections.
Contact us first with a clear explanation of a concern so it can be reviewed. Changes to published terms should not be treated as automatic changes to an existing signed project agreement.
