Rates last verified: August 12, 2026. Estimates use published Etsy fees and assume one item with one listing fee. How Etsy fees work
Etsy charges a 0.20 USD listing fee when a listing is published. When an item sells, Etsy also charges a 6.5 percent transaction fee. This calculator subtracts any seller funded item discount before applying percentage fees to the sale amount. Shipping and gift wrap charged to the buyer are included in the transaction fee base.
Etsy Payments adds a payment processing fee. The percentage and fixed amount depend on the seller bank country. Canada and Australia use different processing rates for some buyer locations.
Offsite Ads can add 15 percent or 12 percent to an attributed order. A 2.5 percent currency conversion fee can apply when the listing currency differs from the payment account currency. Some countries also have a regulatory operating fee.
To set a profitable price, enter your product and fulfilment costs, then choose the margin you want to keep. Selling price mode calculates the price needed after the selected Etsy fees and costs.
